- Minimum 6+ yrs of experience in WFM.
- Operational knowledge - Capacity Planning, forecasting experience, inflex in Line adherence.
- Shift: Graveyard shifts (Login post 12 AM IST).
- Initially IC role but will have to handle a team in future (RTA to be managed in future).
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Budget 14 lacs or 20% hike on current whichever is lower.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Candidates should be ready to work from the office (Indore location).
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
