About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Recruiter with 3+ years of recruitment experience, specializing in hiring for mid-to-senior and leadership-level IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience managing end-to-end recruitment for critical technology leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for leadership and senior-level IT positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and talent needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
- Identify, engage, and assess high-quality candidates for technology leadership roles.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active IT leadership talent.
- Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and market intelligence.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical Field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a Technical Field or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
- Experience recruiting for Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Technology Leadership positions.
- Minimum 3+ years of corporate recruitment experience.
- Proven experience hiring for IT leadership and senior technology roles.
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data engineering, and other IT domains.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job portals, and executive search methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
