We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth through both B2B and B2C sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business prospects.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer data and sales activities in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in handling both B2B and B2C clients is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
