Job Type

- Preferred availability: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible scheduling available)
Responsibilities
- Assess children with developmental, behavioral, sensory, and functional challenges.
- Develop individualized occupational therapy intervention plans.
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, special educators, speech therapists, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Provide caregiver guidance and home-based recommendations.
- Participate in case discussions and treatment planning meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
- Valid DCPTOT Registration.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary mental health setting.
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy, sensory integration, neurodevelopmental disorders, or developmental delays is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
