We are hiring Hindi-speaking Executives to support our Spare Parts Service Team. If you have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, enjoy coordinating with customers, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up with customers for quotation approvals and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with customers regarding spare parts requirements and order status.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service, Stores, and Accounts) to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, POs, payments, and customer communications.
- Provide prompt support to customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Any Graduate/Diploma.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in customer support, back-office operations, or spare parts coordination is preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English.
