About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our technology-focused audience. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of technology concepts, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage high-quality content including blogs, articles, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and technical documentation.
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights to develop relevant content.
- Collaborate with technical teams, product managers, and marketing professionals to gather information and create accurate content.
- Develop SEO-friendly content to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Write content related to software development, AI/ML, cloud computing, digital transformation, data analytics, and enterprise solutions.
- Proofread, edit, and optimize content for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all content adheres to company guidelines and industry best practices.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Experience in Technical Content Writing, IT Content Writing, or B2B Content Writing.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts effectively.
- Experience writing blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and website content.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar content-generation platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and content management systems (CMS).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Software Development, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, or Digital Transformation domains.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of content marketing strategies and lead generation through content.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in technical content writing, content marketing, or a similar role.
