» The candidate would be responsible for the overall revenues/sales of the territory assigned.
» The prospective candidate should be a graduate preferably from Pharmacy or Science background.
» A degree/diploma/certification course in marketing/sales would be an added advantage.
» Should have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
» Experience in the Consultant portfolio of at least 5 years is mandatory.
» Should be well versed with the territory assigned and should know all the prominent doctors in the territory.
» Should have lead a team of 1st Line Managers and MR’s for a minimum period of 2 years.
» Should have handled a team size of at least 15-25 members successfully.
» Should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
» Should be an excellent motivator and leader enabling his team to achieve the targets successfully and consistently.
» Should implement the HO strategies successfully on the field through 1st line Managers and MRs.
