Ensures guests have a memorable, seamless experience by offering personalized service, addressing concerns, and promoting resort activities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests, handling requests and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide information on resort amenities and activities.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate special occasions, room upgrades, and personalized services.
- Promote resort services (spa, dining, excursions) and local attractions.
- Collect guest feedback and ensure follow-up to improve service.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain guest records and assist with VIP guest management.
