Floweraura is an online gifting Mammoth operational within the country at 40k+ pin codes and internationally present in the US, UK, Middle east Canada etc.
Bakingo is a leading player in India’s online bakery ecosystem, operating 110+ cloud kitchens nationwide and three state of the art bulk production facilities at Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurgaon. Bakin go specializes in delivering high-quality, innovative baked products.
Job Description:
A Barista provides excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving food/drinks (like coffee), handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, requiring skills in customer service, multitasking, and teamwork, while adhering to food safety standards and working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with menu choices, take orders accurately, and resolve complaints.
- Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, teas, specialty drinks, and food items according to recipes.
- Order & Payment Processing: Operate POS systems, handle cash/card payments, and provide receipts.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep workstations, dining areas, equipment (espresso machines), and restrooms clean and sanitized.
- Inventory & Restocking: Monitor supplies, restock ingredients and condiments, and assist with stock rotation.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Health & Safety: Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation (barista skills) often preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts (weekends, holidays).
Typical Duties Include:
- Operating espresso machines and other equipment.
- Clearing tables and washing dishes.
- Opening/closing procedures.
- Upselling specials or new items.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
