NK Atelier is a multidisciplinary Architecture, Interior Design, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm based in Chennai. We work across residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, industrial, and infrastructure projects, delivering thoughtful design and efficient project execution.
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and architects with up to two years of experience who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design, planning, and project development.
- Prepare concept drawings, presentations, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop architectural drawings, construction documentation, and detailing.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Assist in material selection and preparation of specifications.
- Support site visits, design coordination, and project execution.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Bachelor’s degree in interio Design
- 0–2 years of professional experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Revit is an added advantage.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
