Position Title:- Education Counselor
Location:- Mumbai (All Areas)
Employment Type:- Full Time
Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, and educational opportunities.
- Assess students' interests, strengths, and academic backgrounds to recommend appropriate courses or institutions.
- Explain program details, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and enrollment procedures.
- Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission processes.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications in CRM.
- Meet counseling and enrollment targets where applicable.
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in educational counseling, admissions, sales, or student services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
