Role Description The Client Servicing Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring timely updates on ongoing regulatory engagements.
You will coordinate with internal teams to gather information, prepare client communications, and support the delivery of high-quality services.
Daily tasks include tracking client requests, documenting interactions, monitoring service timelines, and following up to ensure issues are resolved.
You will also support client onboarding, assist with basic finance-related queries such as billing status, and contribute to maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and professional service.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills in Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage expectations and handle escalations professionally.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts relevant to client servicing, such as invoices, payment status, and service billing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or client management systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a advertising agency environment is preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
