We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EPC Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with engineering, procurement, site execution, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project activities from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending activities to ensure timely completion.
- Track procurement status, material deliveries, and site requirements.
- Organize project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Maintain project records, drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Identify project risks and support the Project Manager in implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and project status updates for management.
- Support project close-out activities, including documentation and handover.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of EPC project execution and coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software is an advantage.
- Experience in documentation control and project reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in EPC, power, infrastructure, industrial, or construction projects.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Electrical EPC, Solar EPC, Transmission & Distribution, Industrial Plants, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Familiarity with project documentation, procurement coordination, client communication, and site execution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
