Job Title: Tele caller - Intern

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, providing information about products/services, and generating sales or leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a record of conversations and update the CRM or calling database.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Follow communication scripts and handle objections effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel systems.
