Job Title: Senior Educational Counsellor ( Study Abroad)

Job Description:
EazyLink Academy is looking for experienced and result-oriented Senior Educational Counsellors to guide students in pursuing international education opportunities. The role involves counselling, converting leads, and managing the end to end admission process while ensuring a high standard of student service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities
- Guide students through the entire admission process, including applications, documentation, and visa procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly
- Assist students in preparing SOPs, LORs, and other required documents
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for application updates
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and service quality
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
- Proven experience in overseas education counselling
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with strong conversion ability
- Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously
