- Study and understand the scope of work from the Drawings, BOQ and specs in order to prepare the Program of Works
- Generate Weekly, Monthly Progress / MIS Reports.
- Generate Executive Report for the management.
- Preparation of Zero Budget / revised budget / Achievement Budget.
- Comparison and evaluation of profit and loss w.r.t. Budgets.
- Preparation of cash flow – time bound cost.
- Preparation of construction schedule on MSP / Primavera software.
- Analyze time over run / Delay analysis and cost overrun.
- Tracking and monitoring of the project and flag the concern during short falls.
- Prepare Look ahead / Catch-up plan.
- Cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth running of the project.
- Earned Value Analysis and Project Management.
- Notify the Client/Client’s representative in change of scope.
- Maintain Risk assessment statement in order to foresee the possibility of occurrence and take corrective actions.
- Prepare micro plan / revised schedules for any particular work package.
- Maintain Event records which shall be helpful in Claims.
- Preparation of presentations for review meetings.
2. Responsibilities
- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets.
- Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
- Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
- Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
- Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
- Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
- Ensuring all projects is completed on time and within budgets.
3. Software proficiency
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access Database).
- Project Planning tools i.e. MS Project, Primavera, or any ERP software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
