About the Role
We're looking for an Associate Creative Director (Copy) who is a strategic thinker and master storyteller with a passion for building powerful brand narratives. You'll lead the copy team, mentor creative talent, and transform briefs into insight-driven campaigns across digital, social, print, and integrated platforms. You'll also play a key role in shaping creative strategies, leading pitches, and delivering award-worthy ideas that drive business impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative
- Lead the development of compelling campaign ideas, brand messaging, and integrated creative concepts.
- Write clear, persuasive, and impactful copy across digital, print, and social media.
- Ensure all creative output is polished, accurate, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Mentor and inspire copywriters while maintaining the highest creative standards.
Collaboration
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate briefs into innovative creative solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, account managers, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Present creative concepts, strategies, and campaign ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to and lead new business pitches.
Campaign Leadership
- Oversee campaigns from concept through execution and final delivery.
- Review, refine, and optimize campaigns based on client feedback and performance.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and creative excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, digital culture, and emerging creative practices.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of copywriting experience in a digital or creative advertising agency.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and mentoring copywriters.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking with experience developing integrated campaigns.
- Excellent presentation, client management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days)
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
