- Manage the overall sales operations of the branch.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to improve performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily showroom walk-ins, inquiries, test drives, and conversions.
- Review sales reports, MIS, and branch performance regularly.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and service departments for smooth customer delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with stock management for vehicle availability.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads through CRM.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients and key customers.
- Conduct local marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership SOPs.
- Monitor branch profitability and control operational expenses.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans.
- Ensure timely vehicle deliveries and proper documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
