Role & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT products/services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
Qualification & Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent/fluent English communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn sales.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.
- Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
