Job Summary
The Senior Service Technician is responsible for ensuring maximum uptime, food safety, preventive maintenance, breakdown resolution, and technical support for JoozATM fresh orange juice vending machines. The role includes supervising junior technicians, coordinating installations, maintaining spare parts inventory, and driving continuous improvement in machine reliability.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreventive Maintenance
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for all assigned machines.
- Inspect juicing mechanism, refrigeration system, sensors, motors, valves, pumps, and dispensing units.
- Lubricate, calibrate, and replace wear-and-tear components.
- Ensure machines operate at peak efficiency.
Breakdown Maintenance
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, PLC, sensor, and software-related issues.
- Restore machines within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Minimize machine downtime.
Installation & Commissioning
- Install new JoozATM machines at franchise and customer locations.
- Conduct testing and commissioning before handover.
- Train franchise staff on daily operation and basic troubleshooting.
Technical Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior technicians.
- Assign field jobs and monitor completion.
- Verify quality of repairs.
- Standardize maintenance procedures across locations.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
