We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect with 5–10 years of experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, statutory approvals, consultant coordination, site execution support, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, Development Control (DC) Rules, NBC, and RERA requirements.
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings and material submittals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to design standards.
- Support tender documentation, BOQ review, and technical specifications.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and occupancy-related documentation.
- Maintain project documentation, design revisions, and drawing records.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and drafting teams.
