We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to lead and manage field survey operations across multiple cities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field surveying, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate survey teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities of field surveyors.
- Plan, organize, and monitor field survey operations to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Data Quality Team, and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor team productivity, and ensure timely completion of survey targets.
- Conduct field visits to monitor survey quality, provide guidance, and resolve operational issues.
- Verify field progress and ensure adherence to project SOPs and client requirements.
- Train, mentor, and motivate survey teams to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate logistics, field resources, and team deployment across project locations.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, company policies, and client requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in field surveying is mandatory.
- Experience in managing and leading 10–15 or more field staff.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people coordination skills.
- Good planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize work under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, email, and reporting.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Experience in GIS-based surveys, GIS mapping, property surveys, or digital survey projects will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar) is a plus.
Travel Requirement
- This is a multi-city field role. Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate temporarily based on project requirements. The work location may change depending on ongoing projects across different cities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
