- Responsible for developing and maintaining Reltio based MDM solutions to enable real time unified Customer 360 data across enterprise systems
- Additionally expected to lead client discussions and manage a team of 3 4 junior developers
- Develop and configure Reltio MDM components including match merge survivorship workflows and data models
- Integrate Reltio with upstream downstream systems ERP CRM APIs
- Implement data quality rules and cleansing logic
- Support data migration and onboarding from legacy systems
- Lead client workshops and solution discussions
- Manage and mentor junior developers for delivery execution
- 4 years of hands on experience with Reltio MDM Informatica MDM Stibo MDM Semarchy MDM
- Experience across On Prem and or IDMC SaaS
- Experience in implementing any of the MDM Domains Customer Product Supplier Finance etc
- Should have worked in a MDM development project across all phases of implementation
- Experience in Customer 360 or multi domain implementations
