SWEDISH LANGUAGE TRAINER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Online Swedish Language Trainer to provide high-quality virtual instruction to students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. The trainer will focus on developing students' proficiency in Sweden, covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, while fostering an appreciation for Swedish culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct interactive and engaging online Swedish language lessons tailored to individual or group needs.
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with students' goals.
- Teach Core Swedish language skills, including pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversation.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Create and share learning resources, such as slides, practice exercises, and assessments.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Use digital platforms and tools for virtual teaching (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom).
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their language-learning objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Swedish (native or near-native proficiency).
- Strong command of English for communication with non-native Swedish speakers.
- Proven experience teaching Swedish as a foreign language (online teaching experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with Tisus, Swedex levels and certification programs like Tisus, Swedex.
- Certification in teaching Swedish (e.g. Tisus, Swedex) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable internet connection, computer with a camera, and microphone for online classes.
- Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching.
WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:
· Shift: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Flexible.
· Batch size: 4–5 students
· Fixed Monthly Pay-out: ₹10,000
This is a non-flexible schedule, and candidates must be available during these hours.
