Job Description – Product Manager

Location: Sarita Vihar, New Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)
About the Role
Dr. Awish Derma Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Product Manager to manage and grow our dermatology and skincare product portfolio. In addition to our dermatology clinics, we develop and market our own range of dermatologist-recommended skincare and haircare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of our skincare and dermatology products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and execute new product launches.
- Coordinate with doctors, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams.
- Develop product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
- Train internal teams on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in Dermatology, Skincare, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmeceuticals, or Healthcare products is preferred.
