Overview:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our Raw Material and Packaging Material Store Executive. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management and control of raw materials and packaging materials within our storage facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and the ability to optimize processes to ensure a smooth flow of materials for production.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials and packaging materials inventory.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies, losses, and stockouts.
- Conduct regular stock assessments and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
Procurement Coordination & Stock Management:
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and sufficient stock levels.
Storage and Organization:
- Oversee the proper storage and organization of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory management best practices.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient material handling.
Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes for incoming materials.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure materials meet specifications.
- Manage the disposition of non-conforming materials.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, consumption, and trends.
- Maintain documentation related to receipts, issues, and transfers of materials.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the manufacturing or production industry.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials and packaging materials used in the industry.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of inventory management software and Excel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
