Key Responsibilities
- B2B Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and track integrated marketing campaigns using Upwork across trade publications, digital platforms, and direct outreach to build predictable sales pipelines.
- Technical Content Creation: Translate complex engineering or technical specifications into digestible collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, catalogs, and ROI calculators.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify new regional opportunities, adjust pricing strategies, and discover shifts in buyer behavior
Core Competencies
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of the buying cycles and lead conversion mechanics inherent to the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and communicate highly specialized, technical concepts, often in fields like engineering, lab testing, or heavy machinery.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking KPIs (Return on Investment, Cost per Lead, conversion rates) to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication to manage relationships with stakeholders, external vendors, and internal technical teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an engineering/technical discipline (e.g., B.E., B.Tech). An MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Typically 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development, often with prior time spent directly in the manufacturing or industrial sector
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
