- Strategic HR Partner: Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training, particularly for high-volume manufacturing roles.
- Performance & Compensation: Develop KPI frameworks and compensation/benefits plans to retain top talent.
- Operational Excellence: Improve HR efficiency through HRIS implementation and analytics, overseeing HR operations across manufacturing plants and corporate locations.
