Job Summary
Adithya Global School is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Kindergarten Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should be committed to fostering children's academic, social, and emotional development through innovative teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the kindergarten curriculum.
- Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children's learning and developmental progress.
- Encourage creativity, communication, and critical thinking through play-based learning.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and learning events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to ensure quality education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with Montessori/ECCE/NTT certification or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kindergarten/Pre-Primary Teacher.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
