- Verify Identity: Check employee badges and member passes at the front desk.
- Manage Visitors: Log all guest arrivals and issue visitor passes.
- Prevent Loitering: Stop unauthorized people from entering the workspace.
Monitoring and Surveillance
- Watch Cameras: Monitor CCTV feeds to spot any unusual activity.
- Regular Patrols: Walk the floor to check doors, windows, and secure areas.
- Equipment Checks: Test alarms, emergency lights, and fire systems regularly.
Member Support and Concierge
- Customer Service: Guide guests, accept deliveries, and answer questions.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle minor conflicts or noise complaints calmly.
- After-Hours Support: Manage building lock-ups and assist members working late shifts.
Emergency Response
- Quick Action: Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
- Evacuation: Guide members safely out of the building during a crisis.
- First Aid: Provide basic medical help or CPR until emergency crews arrive.
Reporting
- Log Entries: Write down all daily activities and visitor logs.
- Incident Reports: Document accidents, thefts, or policy violations in detail.
- Hazard Alerts: Report broken locks or safety risks to building management.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
