We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager with a strong background in the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing jewelry showroom operations, leading a sales team, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. Candidates with prior experience in jewelry retail store management and the ability to independently handle store performance, staff management, customer relationships, billing, stock control, and visual merchandising will be preferred.
Location: Mohali, Phase 3B2
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
