- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote motor insurance policies
- Handle inbound inquiries related to car/bike insurance
- Explain policy features, benefits, renewals, and claim processes clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals and pending decision
