Unipuler is looking for hard-working, responsible, and result-oriented candidates for the position of Supply Chain Marketing Communication Executive.
The selected candidates will support Unipuler’s “What Do You Want?” campaign by communicating with suppliers, providers, service businesses, product suppliers, freelancers, and internal departments. The main purpose of this role is to help Unipuler build a strong city-based supplier and provider network, manage business communication, support supplier onboarding, follow up with leads, and help promote products and services through marketing communication.
This role is suitable for candidates who have strong communication skills, supplier or client handling experience, CRM or e-commerce knowledge, and the ability to work independently from home.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with suppliers, providers, business leads, freelancers, and partner businesses.
- Contact potential suppliers and providers through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms.
- Support supplier and provider onboarding for different cities, categories, products, and services.
- Follow up with new leads, enquiries, interested businesses, and existing contacts.
- Explain Unipuler’s campaign, marketplace, supplier network, marketing support, business support, and provider/supplier benefits.
- Maintain supplier, provider, and lead records in CRM or internal systems.
- Create and update follow-up notes, communication records, and daily activity reports.
- Assist with daily email campaigns, outreach messages, supplier communication, and lead follow-up.
- Help identify supplier/provider requirements and forward them to the correct internal department.
- Create internal tasks for marketing, recruitment, technology, admin, finance, documentation, or support teams when needed.
- Follow up with internal teams until assigned tasks are completed.
- Update suppliers and providers about progress, pending matters, and next steps.
- Escalate complex issues, complaints, or important business matters to the manager.
- Support customer enquiry routing by helping connect suitable local providers or suppliers with customer requirements.
- Monitor supplier/provider response quality and report updates to management.
- Assist the management team with business development, relationship management, and operational coordination.
- Support marketing and promotional activities, including supplier/provider campaigns.
- Create, coordinate, or support social media video content to promote products and services.
- Support online marketplace, CRM, e-commerce, and supplier communication activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business communication.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of previous experience in a similar sector or related role.
- Experience in supply chain communication, supplier management, lead management, business development, sales, marketing, customer service, CRM, e-commerce, or client relationship management.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Confident in speaking with suppliers, providers, clients, and business contacts.
- Good computer, internet, email, and social media knowledge.
- Ability to use CRM systems, spreadsheets, online forms, messaging apps, and business communication tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplace systems, supplier databases, or lead management tools will be an advantage.
- Good follow-up, organisation, and reporting skills.
- Must be hard-working, responsible, reliable, and result-oriented.

- Must be serious about work, punctual, disciplined, and able to meet targets.
