We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for sustainable packaging products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets within the food and beverage ecosystem.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to grow in enterprise and B2B sales within the sustainable packaging industry.
Drive sales performance by achieving assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, field visits, networking events, and market research.
Sell sustainable packaging products to B2B clients including cafés, QSR chains, food brands, distributors, and corporate clients.
Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless customer experience and timely issue resolution.
Provide accurate monthly sales projections to the factory to support planning and timely delivery.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics and market trends.
Maintain organized sales records and basic reporting through Excel.
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding or strong interest in sustainable food packaging products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Results-oriented mindset with high ownership and execution rigor.
Familiarity with basic Excel reporting.
