The role demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and effective communication across various teams to facilitate seamless integration of new processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and foster alignment among stakeholders.
- Monitor the implementation of new processes to ensure adherence to design and identify areas for improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process designs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for user and task analysis.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
