We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil construction or interior fit-out projects and will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and project budgets.
The successful candidate should be capable of working independently while coordinating effectively with design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure accurate and timely project estimation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and interior projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs (BOQ) from architectural and structural drawings.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Estimate material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams for cost inputs.
- Compare quotations received from vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain estimation records and cost databases.
- Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and project assessments whenever required.
- Provide cost analysis and budgeting support during project planning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
