Title : Sales Engineer - Automation Products
Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Engineer – Sales / Senior Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in Industrial Automation product sales. The role involves developing and managing customer accounts, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales for Rockwell Automation products such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Motion, and Safety Systems.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales of Rockwell Automation products in the assigned territory and industry sectors. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve business growth and meet targets. Identify, qualify, and pursue new customer opportunities; maintain an active sales funnel. Conduct daily sales visits, build strong customer relationships. Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, lead qualifying, negotiating, Prospecting & New Customer Development, Value based selling, Customer centric Selling. Understand customer requirements and align solutions with their process needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to enhance market presence. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Required Qualifications
Education: Diploma / B.E. in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, E&I, Robotics and Automation. Experience: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Automation Sales / Industrial Sales
Must-Have Skills Strong communication and presentation skills Good customer rapport. Knowledge of sales fundamentals – listening, negotiation, prospecting, and lead qualification Fluency in English, local language
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
