The Secondary School Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote students' academic, social, and emotional development. The teacher creates a positive learning environment, assesses student progress, and collaborates with colleagues and parents to support student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and positive classroom environment.
- Assess, record, and report student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
