The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products, materials, and processes meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to quality standards and specifications. 2) Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using appropriate measuring and testing equipment. 3) Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and other required documentation. 4) Ensure inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. 5) Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality procedures. 6) Work closely with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues. 7) Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges. 8) Verify dimensions, surface finish, and product quality before the next manufacturing process.9) Mark accepted components with the required inspection or identification markings as per company procedures. 10) Release approved jobs/components for plating, coating, heat treatment, or other external processing after completing quality inspection.11) Maintain records of inspection status, marking details, and jobs released for plating.
Qualifications
1)Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or DME, Quality Management, or a related field.
2) Minimum of 1–2 years of experience or Fresher in quality inspection or quality assurance.
3) Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
4) Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
5) Work in manufacturing, production, warehouse, environments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
