Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CADD Engineer to prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and design documentation using Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software. The role involves converting design concepts into detailed drawings, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and ensuring drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings using CADD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other approved tools.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and fabrication drawings.
- Interpret design briefs, sketches, and engineering calculations to produce accurate drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project teams, and site teams to understand project requirements.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and compliance with standards and project specifications.
- Update drawings based on design changes, site feedback, or client requirements.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision histories, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all drawings follow company standards, safety regulations, and relevant engineering codes.
- Assist in preparing bill of quantities/material requirements based on drawings.
- Support project execution teams with technical clarifications and drawing updates.
- Organize and archive project drawings and digital files.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CADD drafting or engineering design.
- Strong working knowledge of CADD software such as AutoCAD and related drafting tools.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple drawings and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools.
- Knowledge of construction/fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards and engineering documentation.
- Experience in structural, architectural, mechanical, or electrical drafting (depending on requirement).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
