Job Description
TRIOS THE BEST is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Production Coordinator (Trainee) to support day-to-day factory operations. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in production coordination, inventory monitoring, reporting, and manufacturing operations.
The candidate will work closely with the Production Head and factory team to ensure accurate record keeping, smooth workflow coordination, and timely reporting of production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day factory operations and workflow activities
- Maintain daily production records and operational reports
- Update stock, material consumption, and production details in data sheets
- Monitor inventory movement and stock availability
- Coordinate with production personnel for daily data collection and reporting
- Prepare month-end production and stock reports
- Ensure accurate documentation of production and inventory records
- Maintain worker attendance records, including daily in-time and out-time entries
- Support management with production-related reports and operational updates
- Assist in monitoring workforce activities and production schedules
- Provide operational support and coordinate shop-floor activities in the absence of the Production Head when required
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass/ Any Degree / B.Com / BBA / Diploma
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with basic MS Excel knowledge will have an added advantage
