Customer Support Associate– Fast2SMS
About the Role
Fast2SMS is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to manage customer queries, resolve issues, and provide assistance related to our Bulk SMS platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat.
- Guide users with account setup, SMS services, delivery concerns, and feature usage.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure follow-ups and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and Willing to work in rotational shifts.
