Job Description
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for assisting customers with product-related queries, guiding them through features, and supporting the sales process by converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, email, or chat
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions and support sales conversion
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
- Maintain records of interactions and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth customer experience
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively
