Role Description
NexSara is looking for a Mobile Application Developer (iOS & Android) to help build the next generation of our marketplace platform.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that deliver fast, intuitive, and reliable experiences for customers and service providers.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI teams to build features that power discovery, messaging, booking, notifications, authentication, and marketplace workflows.
This is a hands-on engineering role with opportunities to influence architecture, product decisions, and the future direction of our mobile platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain iOS and Android applications
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable mobile architecture
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services
- Develop secure authentication and user management features
- Build marketplace workflows including search, booking, messaging, and notifications
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability
- Debug production issues and improve application stability
- Collaborate with designers to build intuitive mobile experiences
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Work with AI-enabled features including intelligent search and conversational experiences
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional mobile application development
- Strong experience building consumer-facing mobile applications
- Experience developing iOS and Android applications
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of mobile security best practices
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Experience publishing applications to Apple App Store and Google Play
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
