What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the accounts function, maintain accuracy, follow up proactively and ensure that financial transactions and records are always up to date. The person should be dependable, organised and comfortable working independently while keeping management informed.
Job description:
Manage all accounting transactions.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Statutory Audit document preparation
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Preparing MIS/Reports like P&L, etc.
Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement.
Dispatch planning of orders as per the requirement and coordination with the sales team.
Monitoring the weekly requirement and dispatch status.
Ensuring proper documentation from Export Team.
Check Invoice, Packing List, insurance, etc
Preparation of Sales Invoices and relevant supporting documents.
Maintain petty cash and team member claims on a timely basis.
Update cash book on daily basis.
Comply with financial policies and regulation
Requirements
Good in using Tally and Zoho software for accounting
Knowledge of accounts, ePayment , ITR and TDS
GST return
Banking Reconciliation, Book- Keeping etc.
Excellent Excel skills
Driven to learn and grow as a finance professional
Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
