Job Summary
PropCheckup is looking for a Site Surveyor to conduct site measurements, collect property-related data, verify dimensions, and document site conditions accurately. The role involves visiting properties, performing surveys, preparing measurement records, and supporting inspection and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site surveys of residential and commercial properties.
- Take accurate measurements of rooms, built-up areas, and property features.
- Verify site dimensions against available plans and drawings.
- Collect and document site-related information, photographs, and observations.
- Prepare survey reports, sketches, and measurement records.
- Coordinate with clients, inspection teams, and internal departments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of survey data.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of completed surveys.
Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site measurements.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of site surveying and measurement techniques.
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and layouts.
- Strong observation and documentation skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Mobile Applications).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
