Role Overview
As a Programming Tutor, you will deliver high-quality, concept-driven online classes to students in the US. You will simplify complex topics, foster creativity, and encourage problem-solving through structured curriculum delivery across multiple coding domains.
Subjects We are Hiring For
1. Web Development
HTML, CSS, JavaScript - front-end fundamentals, logical thinking, basic frameworks and backend concepts. Guide students in building real-world web projects.
2. Python Programming
Core Python, OOP concepts, problem-solving techniques, and practical project-based learning.
3. Scratch Programming
Block-based coding through game development, animations, and creative storytelling for young learners.
4. MIT App Development
Mobile app design using block-based coding — UI design, sensors, database handling, and real-world app projects.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Completed UG or higher in a relevant field.
- Candidates currently pursuing UG / PG / PHD are not eligible.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience is mandatory.
- Online teaching experience is an added advantage.

Employment Type: Part-Time
Timings (Non-negotiable ) :
US Shift 1: 8:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST
US Shift 2: 2:30 AM – 7:30 AM IST
Working Hours: 5 Hours Daily
Working Days: 6 Days/Week (Sat, Sun, Mon mandatory)
Week Off: Any one day off between Tue–Fri (tutor's choice)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality online coding classes to US students.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand lessons.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Foster creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving in every session.
- Maintain high student engagement and positive learning outcomes.
- Use innovative, project-based teaching methods.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on curriculum changes.
- Communicate proactively with the academic team regarding student performance.
Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in Web Development, Python, Scratch, or MIT App Development.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to connect with, engage, and inspire young learners.
- Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable working in US shift timings (early morning or late night IST).
- Tech-savvy - comfortable with video conferencing, online whiteboards, and teaching platforms.
- Patient, adaptable, and able to adjust teaching pace to individual student needs.
Compensation ( Non-negotiable )
Base Pay: ₹ 250 per session | After 25 Sessions: ₹ 275 session
Progressive Increments: Pay increases with session milestones beyond 25
The session milestones and incentive programme details including criteria, timelines, and reward values will be formally communicated only during the training and onboarding period.
Selected candidates will be required to undergo a 15-day unpaid training program before conducting their first live session with students.
A refundable retention amount of ₹3,000 will be deducted from your first month's salary. This amount will be fully refunded upon the successful completion of 6 months of employment with the company, after which no further deductions will be made.
Please note that candidates don't have to pay any money upfront. This policy is in place to address situations where selected tutors leave without serving notice within the first 6 months, as the company and students invest significant time, effort, and resources in the training and educational process. It is intended as a mutual good-faith commitment between the company and the employee.
Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹300.00 per hour
