We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in configuring, customizing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform while following development best practices.

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

Configure Service Catalog items and workflows using Flow Designer.

Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases.
-
Troubleshoot platform issues by reviewing logs and resolving errors.
-
Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving slow-running queries.
-
Support platform administration and day-to-day operational activities.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and resolve incidents.

Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
-
Deliver high-quality customer support and technical solutions.

4–6 years of ServiceNow Development experience.

Strong ServiceNow Administration knowledge.

Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Glide APIs.

Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and UI Actions.

Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflows.

Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Good understanding of ServiceNow core modules (ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Request).

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Knowledge of ITIL processes.
