Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in HR
- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage employee lifecycle activities
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs
- Provide training and development to new employees
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Support employee engagement and HR operations
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills
