Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, record-keeping, and general office coordination while providing excellent support to management and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor communications.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support onboarding and administrative requirements for new employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with office management software and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of document management systems.
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
